Tourist Attractions: The small country of Luxembourg is picturesque and has lots of interesting places for tourists. The 1000-year-old Château de Bourscheid offering splendid views of the Haute Sûre River, is a popular tourist attraction. For children, Parc Merveilleux amusement park will be a fun outing. While in Luxembourg, a visit to the Moselle Valley, famous for its wine tasting and the cellars of Poll-Fabaire, Caves Bernard-Massard and St Martin. There is also a museum devoted to wine – the Musée Folklorique et Viticole – which is a fun place to visit.
Access: The Findel international airport connects the country by air to mostly all the European cities and with U.S.A. Luxembourg can also be reached by easily train through Metz, Brussels, Trier and other European cities. Though a landlocked country, Luxembourg can be accesssed by sea through the Moselle river.
Climate: The climate can be described as modified continental in Luxembourg. Warm summers and mild winters that become colder in the months of January and February greet tourists in Luxembourg. It rains a lot in this country.
