Access: Finland can be accessed by air through its Vantaa Airport at Helsinki. Finland is also directly connected with Russia by train. Travelling by sea is a good way to reach Finland as there are direct ferry services from many European countries such as Sweden, Germany, Estonia and Russia.
Climate: The climate is generally cold, but the chill is moderated by the North Atlantic current. Finland also experiences the Midnight Sun, due to its extreme latitude, wherein during the summer solistice the sun never sets, and vice versa, during the winter solistice, the sun rises for just a few hours.
