Climate: Dominica enjoys a tropical climate with little seasonal variation in temperatures, strong northeast trade winds and heavy rainfall. There are two seasons, a dry season and a rainy season. December and January are the driest months, while June and July are the wettest. Beware of destructive hurricanes during the late summer months.
