Access: There are direct flights to Benin from Belgium, France and many African countries. You can also take a flight to Lome in Togo and then a three-hour drive to Cotonou, as temporary visas are easily available at the border. Taxi services ply from Nigeria to Benin and the journey takes about 3 hours.
