Korean Air was established in 1962 and boasts of being the largest airline in Korea. Its international hub is the Incheon International Airport, while its domestic hub is the Gimpo International Airport.

Winner of the Phoenix Award (given by Air Transport World) in 2005, Korean Air has been named one of Asia’s best airlines by Time Magazine. It has also won the Mercury Award for in-flight catering twice.

A member of the Sky Team alliance, Korean Air also offers a frequent flyer programme known as Skypass. It has a fleet size of 117 and serves around 103 (including cargo) destinations around the world.

Some of the destinations served by Korean Air include Cairo, Beijing, Shanghai, Nagasaki, Tokyo, Taipei, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Singapore, Jakarta, Dubai, Rome, Amsterdam, Moscow, London, Toronto, Seattle, Washington, New York City, Honolulu and Los Angeles.
