Asiana was founded in 1988 and is one of the two main airlines of South Korea. This airline has the Incheon International Airport as its overseas hub while its domestic hub is at the Gimpo International Airport in South Korea. The Busan International Airport and the Jeju International Airport are Asiana’s secondary hubs.
Asiana operates flights to 77 destinations around the world (including cargo transfers). Some of them are Kazakhstan, Beijing, Taipei, Osaka, Tokyo, Delhi, Phnom Penh, Singapore, Vienna, Paris, Amsterdam, Anchorage, Seattle, New York, Chicago and Sydney.
A part of the Star Alliance, Asiana has code share agreements with a number of airlines like Air Canada, Air China, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, United Airlines, South African Airways, Lufthansa and Qatar Airways. The Asiana Airline also has a frequent flyers programme called Asiana Club while its member lounge is known as the Asiana Lounge.
